The Cooking Session organized by AGAPA HORECA is a periodic event, meant to help chefs or entrepreneurs in the HoReCa area to improve their culinary skills, learn about techniques, and, ingredients and the preparation
of various dishes, in direct connection with the theme of the Session.
1. Ingredients preparation and processing: you will learn how to properly select and prepare ingredients for different dishes, such as cutting, chopping, cleaning, and marinating.
2. Cooking techniques: you will learn different professional cooking methods, such as roasting, baking, boiling, steaming and grilling food, as well as how to control the temperature and cooking time.
3. Presentation and decoration: you will learn how to arrange and decorate the dishes to make them look appetizing and professional.
4. Time management and kitchen organization: you will learn how to plan and organize the different stages of cooking to reduce stress and avoid errors.
5. Mixing ingredients and tastes: you will learn how to combine different ingredients and flavors to create delicious and nutritionally balanced dishes.
6. Curiosity and innovation: you will be encouraged to experiment with different ingredients and techniques to develop your own culinary creativity.
Starting with 2023, AGAPA HORECA provides participants a space dedicated to Cooking Sessions, equipped with professional equipment:
Rational smart cooking units and AGAPA thermal blocks
It is located at: DN28 Km 10, Iasi, near BRAS Renault, in the AGAPA HoReCa Showroom.
We have previously organized Cooking Sessions in Brasov, Gura Humorului, Bucharest, with a total of over 250 participants at these events.
