Warranty of Product Conformity
The products sold by AGAPA HORECA SOLUTIONS correspond to the highest quality standards and are manufactured according to European quality standards and manufacturer certificates.
For all items ordered from the website www.agapahoreca.ro we offer a guarantee of 12 months, from the date of purchase, in conditions of compliance with all maintenance and use recommendations
The products are considered to be in accordance with the sales contract, in the following situations:
The products correspond to the description made by the seller and have the same qualities as the products that the seller presented to the customer as a model.
They correspond to any specific purpose requested by the consumer, purpose made known to the seller and accepted by him at the conclusion of the sales contract- purchase.
Corresponds to the purposes for which products of the same type are normally used.
Presents the parameters of quality and normal performance, which the consumer can reasonably expect, given the nature of the product, the product statements regarding the concrete characteristics of it made by advertising or by inscription on the product label.
Situations where the warranty does not apply
– moral wear and tear and normal physical wear and tear of the product.
– discoloration of the product or some component parts following prolonged exposure to severe environmental factors (sun or another strong source of heat, humidity, etc.)
– defects caused by transport, handling and storage in improper conditions (excessive temperature and humidity, thermal shocks – hot / cold variations, immersion, etc.)
– defects caused by inappropriate, abusive, incorrect, modified use of the product and/or in improper conditions, other than those for which it was tested and designed.
– intervention, repair or modification made by unauthorized persons, including painting the product.
– damage to the product caused, voluntarily or involuntarily , of mechanical shocks (breaking, hanging, hitting, scratching, dropping, etc.), other pests such as chemical ones.
defective maintenance (cleaning using inappropriate methods or products).
Benefit of Warranty
When requesting the warranty, it is necessary to present the defective product, together with the related accessories and a copy of the invoice fiscal. If the products arrive without these documents, the products can be returned to the applicant/shipper without the guarantee being settled.
Any repair to the products within the warranty period will be carried out free of charge or will be replaced under the conditions of OG no. 21/1992 revised, if it is confirmed that a defect in material or workmanship was the cause of such damage, rather than improper use of the product by the buyer.
In case of replacement, if the same model is not available, a model similar in value and features will be supplied, as agreed with the customer. The latter can opt for a product with a higher price by paying the price difference.
This warranty does not include damage to the products due to non-observance of instructions, accidents, carelessness, negligence, misuse or other factors unrelated to defects in material or workmanship.
All expenses necessary for the application of the guarantee will be borne by S.C. Mentori de Gust S.R.L..
